Sarah Henderson, a dedicated yoga teacher and founder of Sarah Henderson Yoga, reflects;

"My practice is a daily reset, grounding me in my inner truth to live authentically each day."

Takeaway: Through my morning Sadhana, blending meditation, visualization, movement and journeying, I have cultivated this transformative ritual for the last 7 years, experiencing its profound effects firsthand!

 Kaitlyn Loginov, our incredible content creator and the photographer behind @KaitlynLoginov, practices yoga 2-3 times a week.

"I find an inner calmness that brings me peace and ease"

Takeaway: My number one benefit other than flexibility is feeling a reduction in stress!

 Meg Protz, founder of Yoga Therapy Apothecary, practices yoga regularly, highlighting that it's not only about practicing on the mat "sometimes my practice consists of sitting in my car manifesting all the abundance and wonder the universe provides."

“I practice yoga an immeasurable amount of times during the week. Some days it’s asana, some days it's meditation.”

"My yoga practice is reflexive to what my life calls for each day.

Takeaway: "The number one benefit to my health has been that this devotional practice allows my world to bloom instead of burn.”

Yoga therapist Jenn Montagano, founder of Solaya Yoga, has been especially drawn to Vedic philosophy, sharing;

"My Sadhana gifts me with resilience, hope, contentment, and inner peace"

Takeaway: For me, the number one benefit of practicing yoga has been strengthening my mental well-being. "It is an anchor for me amongst the inevitable changing seasons of life."

As a nurse, mom of 3 kids and yoga-wear founder (!!!) I’m pretty exhausted at the end of the day.

Claire is a self declared yoga enthusiast who practices 2-4 times a week. "I love that breath work intertwined with yoga has given my mind the quiet it needs to rest. Strengthening myself for when life gets wildly busy raising my 3 kids".

“It sounds cliche, but yoga has really taught me to live in the moment”

Takeaway: Even short yoga sessions are incredibly helpful for mind building, wether it’s 5 mins to reset with breathwork or 15 mins to sit in child’s pose.
